Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various domestic roles using diverse recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to offer, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with accurate information.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating interviews, feedback sessions, and pre-employment checks.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Peopleintegra, ensuring a professional and engaging interaction with all candidates.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory for this role.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in domestic recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources. Fresh graduates eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional command of English, both verbal and written, is essential for effective communication with candidates and internal teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
• Ability to work full-time from our Noida office location.
