Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordinator: Assist in the planning, execution, and successful finalization of projects, ensuring all tasks adhere to strict deadlines and budgetary constraints. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to achieve seamless project delivery. Track project progress, manage documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders. This Project Coordinator role is crucial for operational efficiency.
• Associate System Engineer: Provide essential technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for various system-related issues. Actively participate in monitoring IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Assist with the deployment and configuration of hardware and software components, and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
• Domestic Recruiter: Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and thorough screening to conducting engaging interviews for a wide range of domestic positions. Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment, embodying American Chase's commitment to excellence and innovation in all roles.

Requirements

• Educational Background: For the Project Coordinator and Domestic Recruiter roles, an MBA or a degree in Project Management is preferred. For the Associate System Engineer position, a B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc, or M.Sc is required.
• Experience: This opportunity is ideal for freshers and early career professionals with 0-1 year of experience. We specifically welcome 2025 and 2026 pass-outs who are eager to learn and grow.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in specific shifts: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST) for Project Coordinator and Associate System Engineer roles, and UK Shift (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST) for the Domestic Recruiter position.
• Location: Ability to work full-time from our on-site facility in Indore.
