Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive email marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Design and build engaging email templates, including graphics, calls-to-action, and customized links, ensuring brand consistency.
• Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and send times to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Segment email lists and personalize content to target specific audience groups effectively, enhancing relevance and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
• Implement effective lead generation strategies through email channels and collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead qualification and follow-up.
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and latest GDPR/CAN-SPAM regulations.
• Assist with SEO outreach efforts to improve organic search rankings and generate high-quality backlinks.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, lead generation, and SEO outreach.
• Demonstrable experience with email marketing platforms and CRM software.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Proficiency in crafting engaging and persuasive email copy and visual content.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and strategies, particularly concerning outreach.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
