Engineering Recruiter

Holistic Partners, Inc. is searching for an experienced Engineering Recruiter to join our dedicated team in Noida. This role is crucial for identifying, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent for our clients across the United States. We are looking for a proactive and skilled recruiter who can navigate the complexities of the engineering talent market and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for various engineering roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent for current and future openings.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team needs.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in US engineering recruitment.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for a variety of engineering disciplines (e.g., software, mechanical, electrical).
• Strong understanding of engineering technologies, roles, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
