Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technically proficient professionals in ERP technologies such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
• Support hiring needs across various domains including IT & Digital Services, Software Development, Data & AI, and Engineering & Technical Services.
• Collaborate effectively with EchoIT Sol to understand and fulfill ongoing and upcoming staffing requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of recruitment quality to meet the demands of both service-based IT firms and product-based companies.
• Build and nurture a strong, long-term partnership with EchoIT Sol to ensure successful talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in ERP recruitment, specifically with SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
• Strong understanding of IT & Digital Services, Software Development, Data & AI, and Engineering & Technical Services.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting talent acquisition for both service-based IT firms and product-based companies.
• Ability to identify and present technically sound professionals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Pan-India recruitment capability.
