As our Ethics & Compliance Investigations Professional, you will be instrumental in managing the full lifecycle of compliance complaints and investigations. This involves not only meticulously reviewing evidence and analyzing data but also conducting sensitive interviews and preparing comprehensive reports for senior leadership. Your expertise will directly contribute to strengthening our compliance frameworks, supporting whistleblower policies, and ensuring that all misconduct and policy violations are addressed effectively and transparently. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end ethics and compliance investigations, from initial complaint assessment to final resolution, upholding principles of fairness and confidentiality.
• Conduct thorough evidence reviews, perform detailed data analysis, and carry out sensitive interviews with relevant parties to gather accurate information.
• Investigate alleged misconduct, policy violations, and breaches of the company’s Code of Conduct, ensuring all cases are handled in a consistent and timely manner.
• Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive investigation reports, including findings and actionable recommendations for senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions and remediation plans resulting from investigations, ensuring their effectiveness and completion.
• Support the development and enforcement of Whistleblower, Disciplinary, and Grievance policies, contributing to a robust and fair compliance framework.
• Design and deliver ethics and compliance awareness and training programs across the organization to promote a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.
• Collaborate effectively with HR, legal teams, senior leadership, and other compliance stakeholders to ensure integrated and consistent approaches to ethical matters.

Requirements

• An LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Ethics & Compliance Investigations, Legal/Litigation, or closely related professional roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting complex investigations, including interviewing techniques, evidence collection, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of corporate compliance frameworks, ethical principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and produce high-quality investigation reports.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple investigations concurrently.
