Executive, Inventory & Dispatch

As an Executive, Inventory & Dispatch, you will be instrumental in optimizing our warehouse operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing the critical aspects of stock flow and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inventory operations, including efficient inwarding, secure storage, inter-warehouse transfers, and accurate outward movements of goods.
• Ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy through rigorous daily cycle counts, comprehensive physical stock audits, and thorough reconciliation processes.
• Proactively monitor stock levels, analyze product aging, identify and resolve discrepancies, and track all inventory movements within the warehouse management system.
• Oversee daily dispatch operations, guaranteeing timely and accurate order fulfilment, from processing and packing to shipment handover and dispatch closure.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal warehouse teams, supply chain management, and external partners including transporters and various courier services.
• Track and manage the status of all shipments, addressing pending, delayed, cancelled, and failed deliveries promptly and effectively.
• Maintain precise inventory and dispatch records within WMS/ERP systems and prepare detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports to support operational decision-making.
• Support and coordinate reverse logistics processes and Return-To-Origin (RTO) management, ensuring efficient handling of returned products.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, dispatch, or order fulfilment roles.
• Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer), E-commerce, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), Retail, or Logistics industries.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and generating MIS.
• Experience in 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) and courier partner management, including issue resolution and relationship building.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills to manage complex operational challenges efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute positively to team objectives.
