Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and documentation.
• Generate and analyze various Management Information System (MIS) reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis on financial trends, performance, and forecasts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide insightful reporting.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel functionalities for financial modeling, data manipulation, and reporting.
• Contribute to audit preparations by providing necessary financial information and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• Possess 0-2 years of proven experience in a Finance & Accounts role, ideally within the wealth management sector.
• Demonstrated strong working knowledge of MS Excel, with a preference for advanced proficiency.
• Proficiency in MIS Reporting methodologies and practical data analysis skills.
• Exceptional analytical acumen and strong numerical aptitude are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal and external interaction.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial tasks.
