As an FC Operations professional, you will be instrumental in managing the daily activities of our fulfillment center, optimizing processes, and leading a dedicated team to meet our stringent quality and delivery standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the daily processing of inbound and outbound orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment within the FC.
• Implement and monitor best practices for material receiving, inspection, and storage, maintaining high-quality standards across all operations.
• Effectively manage Warehouse Order Management (WOM) systems and implement robust inventory control strategies to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors and a large operational workforce, fostering a productive, safe, and collaborative working environment.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile data with the central storage system, ensuring precise inventory accuracy and accountability.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive on-the-job training programs for warehouse staff, enhancing their skills, productivity, and adherence to operational protocols.
• Perform detailed data analysis on operational metrics, identify trends, and generate insightful reports to drive continuous process improvement initiatives and cost efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the fulfillment center to maintain a secure and high-performing workspace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes and achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Fulfillment Center (FC) operations or a similar logistics and warehouse management role is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Technology (B-Tech) or a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is required, demonstrating a strong analytical and managerial foundation.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies, cost optimization, and maintaining exceptional operational quality standards.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management software is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing large operational teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex operational challenges.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to perform data analysis and generate actionable insights to enhance FC operations efficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
