Key Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our logistics operations, providing comprehensive HR support to field teams.
• Oversee and manage end-to-end field recruitment processes, specifically focusing on blue-collar and unskilled labor requirements.
• Strategize and implement effective ad-hoc manpower arrangements to meet dynamic operational demands.
• Develop and manage relationships with new vendors for the sourcing and arrangement of unskilled labor.
• Handle all aspects of warehouse HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Address and resolve HR-related issues for field employees, particularly focusing on migrant Hindi-speaking labor.
• Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment across multiple Delhivery locations in Chennai (Poonamallee, Sriperumbudur, Solavaram, Guindy, Royapetta).
• Ensure timely and efficient onboarding processes for new recruits, fostering a welcoming experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering (HRBP) within the logistics or manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrable expertise in field recruitment and large-scale talent acquisition for blue-collar workforce.
• Strong understanding of Warehouse HR Operations and associated challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Hindi being a significant advantage for interacting with diverse labor groups.
• A proactive approach to vendor management and developing robust sourcing channels for manpower.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR priorities across various locations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to ensuring employee welfare and organizational compliance.
