Field Incharge - Elevator & Escalator

As a Field In-Charge, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of site operations, playing a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and service of elevators and escalators across various customer and project locations in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to customer and project sites to oversee and assist with field operations for elevators and escalators.
• Support and participate in the installation, routine maintenance, thorough inspection, and various service activities related to elevator and escalator systems.
• Collaborate effectively with site technicians and supervisors to ensure seamless and efficient daily operational flow.
• Strictly adhere to all company procedures, industry best practices, and rigorous safety standards at all times.
• Provide essential support for troubleshooting basic technical issues and contribute to technical activities on site.
• Accurately maintain daily field reports, job sheets, and all other required job-related documentation.
• Serve as a key coordinator between customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders regarding specific site requirements and progress.
• Ensure all assigned field work is completed efficiently and within the predetermined timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to work at various field locations both within and surrounding Bangalore.

Requirements

• An Industrial Training Institute (ITI) qualification in trades such as Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical, or other related technical disciplines is strongly preferred.
• This role is open to freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant field experience.
• We welcome applications from 2025 and 2026 pass-out candidates who are eager to begin their professional journey.
• Possess a basic foundational understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, which will be considered a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated good communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• A strong willingness and enthusiasm to commit to a demanding, field-based work environment.
• The ability to travel regularly to various customer and project sites as dictated by operational needs.
• Exhibit a positive, proactive attitude and a keen willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills.
