Finance & Accounts Manager

As a Finance & Accounts Manager, you will be instrumental in managing critical financial functions, ensuring robust financial health, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of banking operations and fund management, ensuring optimal liquidity.
• Develop and analyze CMA (Cost and Management Accounting) data, preparing comprehensive financial projections and reports.
• Monitor and manage cash flow efficiently, optimizing working capital and financial resources.
• Handle term loans, credit facilities, overdraft (OD), and cash credit (CC) limits, ensuring compliance and favorable terms.
• Act as the primary coordinator with banks and financial institutions to maintain strong relationships and secure necessary funding.
• Utilize SAP extensively for financial data management, reporting, and process automation.
• Drive the entire spectrum of finance functions, including financial planning, analysis, and control.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or Engineering (BE) combined with an MBA in Finance is required.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, with significant exposure to banking and fund management.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, cash flow management, credit facilities, and bank coordination.
• Proven technical proficiency in SAP is essential for this role.
• Exceptional commercial acumen with a strong understanding of business operations and financial implications.
• Ability to take complete ownership of finance functions and drive results independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
