FircoSoft Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled FircoSoft Developer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. As a key player, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the FircoSoft platform, helping our clients in the financial sector to comply with global regulatory requirements. As a FircoSoft Developer, you will leverage your expertise to enhance and maintain critical systems, ensuring robust performance and adherence to industry best practices. You will work closely with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement FircoSoft solutions, including Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, and Firco List.
• Integrate FircoSoft applications with existing banking systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve issues and optimize performance of FircoSoft applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and compliance officers to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all FircoSoft implementations and configurations.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations through effective FircoSoft utilization.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a FircoSoft Developer or similar role within the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with FircoSoft products, including Firco Continuity and Firco Trust.
• Strong understanding of financial crime compliance, AML, sanctions screening, and regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying and manipulation, particularly with Oracle or SQL Server.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and technologies (e.g., REST API, SOAP).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or C# is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
