Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and launch of new business initiatives, guiding them comprehensively from a nascent idea (0) to a fully operational and impactful reality (1), overseeing every stage from strategic planning to hands-on implementation.
• Proactively identify, meticulously analyze, and effectively resolve complex, cross-functional business challenges impacting sales, operational efficiency, product innovation, and overall company growth strategies.
• Expertly navigate ambiguity, transforming unstructured problems into clear, well-defined plans and actionable deliverables, ensuring rapid and decisive execution aligned with startup velocity.
• Design and implement robust metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meticulously track the progress and effectiveness of new initiatives, driving data-informed decisions and continuous process enhancements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of substantial, hands-on experience gained within a high-growth startup environment, with a significant preference for candidates possessing prior experience in a Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff role, or a similar execution-heavy, cross-functional position.
• Demonstrated exceptional analytical thinking capabilities and superior problem-solving acumen, enabling the effective tackle of a wide array of intricate business challenges with innovative solutions.
