Quest Global is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Pune. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications, microservices, and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will also contribute to our AI-enabled engineering capabilities, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and enhance our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust web applications using modern frontend frameworks and JavaScript/ES6 fundamentals.
- Design and implement RESTful and SOAP web services, microservices, and APIs with Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
- Integrate with various backend databases such as Oracle and SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Utilize cloud platforms like AWS and Azure to build and deploy highly available and scalable solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and robust monitoring for production systems.
- Explore and apply AI coding tools and GenAI/LLM evaluation frameworks to enhance development processes and product features.
- Contribute to test automation and framework building using tools like Playwright, Rest Assured, or Selenium.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in full stack software development and framework building.
- At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience building test harnesses/frameworks using AI tools.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), React, Core Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and associated services (S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
