Full-Stack Developer - Ruby on Rails

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced React + Node.js Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic remote team across India. This is a pivotal full-time role for a seasoned professional passionate about building robust, scalable, and high-performance applications that drive business value. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js) development, coupled with a strong understanding of database management and cloud infrastructures. You will play a crucial role in our product development lifecycle, contributing to architectural decisions, implementing new features, and ensuring the stability and performance of our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React.js for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.
• Develop and implement robust RESTful APIs and GraphQL services to facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Manage and optimize databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, ensuring data integrity, performance, and efficient querying.
• Implement and maintain microservices architecture principles, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of applications.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, actively participating in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards and mentor junior developers.
• Utilize Git for version control and contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development workflows and automate releases.
• Proactively identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities to enhance overall system reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in full-stack development, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a proven track record in React.js and Node.js development.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript and TypeScript, coupled with strong experience in backend frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or Fastify.
• Proficiency in database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB, including schema design and optimization.
• Demonstrable skill in designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and strong knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to write robust and testable code, utilizing testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
