Full Stack Engineer

FNP is actively seeking a talented SDE-1 Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join our innovative team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for a developer who excels in combining robust technical skills with exceptional UI/UX judgment and a keen understanding of business requirements. As a Frontend Heavy Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces and ensuring an outstanding user experience across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user-facing features using modern frontend technologies, primarily JavaScript (ES6+) and React.
• Translate Figma designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive user interfaces.
• Utilize Ant Design and SCSS/SASS to create visually appealing and consistent UI components.
• Ensure the development of clean, maintainable, and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and understand basic backend and database concepts (MySQL/MongoDB).
• Review, debug, and validate AI-generated code to maintain code quality and functionality.
• Actively participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on frontend development.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making processes for frontend solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and React.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design best practices.
• Experience with Ant Design, SCSS/SASS, and developing reusable UI components.
• Ability to accurately convert Figma designs into functional, high-quality interfaces.
• Knowledge of REST API integration and basic understanding of backend/database concepts (MySQL/MongoDB).
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Ability to review, debug, and validate AI-generated code effectively.
