Generative AI Developer

Techknomatic is actively seeking an experienced and innovative Gen AI Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a passion for artificial intelligence and a proven track record of developing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. As a Gen AI Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models and agents that push the boundaries of technology, contributing to our mission of creating intelligent and impactful applications.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience who can leverage their expertise in Python, Generative AI, and frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain to build robust and scalable systems. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Generative AI models and applications using Python.
• Implement and optimize AI agents and complex RAG (Retriever-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Utilize and extend frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain to build sophisticated AI workflows and interactions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers, to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct research into emerging AI technologies, LLMs, and Generative AI techniques to integrate new capabilities into our products.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of developed AI solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and uphold best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex AI systems, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in Generative AI development or related machine learning roles.
• Proficiency in Python programming, with a strong understanding of its libraries and frameworks relevant to AI.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI models, including a solid grasp of LLMs (Large Language Models) and their applications.
• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying RAG (Retriever-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Practical experience with LangGraph and LangChain frameworks for building AI applications and agents.
• Familiarity with various AI Agent architectures and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field is preferred.
