Golang Developer / SRE

As a Golang Developer / SRE, you will be instrumental in developing high-performance applications, managing critical infrastructure, and implementing automation to enhance system efficiency and stability. You will work on distributed systems, leverage modern observability tools, and play a key role in ensuring our production environments run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable applications using Golang.
• Implement and manage Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Utilize container orchestration tools like Kubernetes for deployment and management of microservices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Develop and implement automation scripts using tools like Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, responding to incidents and performing root cause analysis.
• Work with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch to gain insights into system health and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, best practices, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of distributed systems and message queues like Kafka.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Golang.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Proficiency with Kafka, Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch for messaging and observability.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
• Demonstrable experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in distributed systems and their operational challenges.
• Proven ability in production support and implementing automation solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
