Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in procurement processes, including vendor identification, quotation analysis, negotiation, and purchase order management to ensure timely and cost-effective material acquisition.
• Support production planning activities, assisting in scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management to optimize manufacturing workflow and meet production targets.
• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of Production Planning Control (PPC) strategies, analyzing production data and identifying areas for process improvement.
• Assist in managing supply chain logistics, ensuring efficient material flow from suppliers to production lines and finished goods distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and sales, to streamline operations and resolve any production-related challenges.
• Gain practical exposure to sales operations, supporting order processing, customer coordination, and market analysis to enhance overall business performance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on procurement, production, and planning metrics, utilizing data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must hold a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Eligible candidates include recent pass-outs from the 2024, 2025, or 2026 batches, demonstrating a keen interest in manufacturing and operations.
• Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and external stakeholders.
• Exhibit a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of dissecting complex issues and proposing practical solutions.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required for data management, analysis, and reporting tasks.
• Demonstrate a strong learning attitude and a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge within a fast-paced industrial setting.
