Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer

Anther is actively seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Andheri, Mumbai. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences from conception through to execution, working closely with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive end-to-end user experiences, progressing from initial wireframes to polished high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineers to develop and implement intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
• Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Work meticulously with established design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Analyze product analytics data to inform design improvements and enhance user engagement.
• Explore and leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to optimize design workflows and boost productivity.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and best practices within the team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably with consumer-facing products.
• Demonstrated strong fundamentals in UI/UX principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.
• Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, with a proven ability in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows.
• A compelling design portfolio showcasing your design thinking process, problem-solving abilities, and successful project implementations.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design systems and their application in product development.
• Bonus points for experience in specific domains like Fintech, Insurance, or Lending.
