Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operational excellence across all E-commerce and Quick Commerce sales channels, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Strategically plan and optimize inventory levels across various online platforms to guarantee continuous product availability and prevent stockouts.
• Diligently monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as sales trends, pricing strategies, and individual product performance to inform data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing, Supply Chain, and Account Management teams to align strategies and optimize overall channel effectiveness.
• Continuously track and evaluate channel performance, proactively identifying new growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Engage actively in problem-solving initiatives, conduct experiments, and contribute innovative ideas that significantly drive business growth and market penetration.
• Ensure accurate data reporting and generate insightful analyses to support strategic planning and operational adjustments for the Growth Associate role.

Requirements

• A strong academic background, with 0 to 2 years of professional experience, making this an ideal role for freshers or early-career professionals.
• Demonstrated strong interest and understanding of Consumer Brands, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce ecosystems.
• Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and thrive independently within a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail, highly proactive, and a strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Bonus points for previous experience in managing platforms such as Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit, or Swiggy Instamart, showcasing practical application of e-commerce knowledge.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and a basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and reporting is preferred.
