HCM Functional Consultant

Birlasoft is actively seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a specialization in Core HR, Security, and Workflow Approvals to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Core HR modules.
• Design and implement security roles and profiles within the Oracle HCM environment.
• Configure and optimize workflow approvals for various HR processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for Oracle HCM Core HR, Security, and Workflow.
• Participate in system testing, user training, and post-go-live support activities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a focus on Core HR.
• Proven expertise in Oracle HCM Security setup and management.
• Strong background in configuring and managing Oracle HCM Workflow Approvals.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
