Key Responsibilities

• For Marketing Freshers (MBA Graduates):
• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
• Contribute to content creation for social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Help monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for optimization.
• For Inside Sales Freshers (Any Degree):
• Engage with prospective clients through various communication channels to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate information.
• Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
• For HR Freshers (MBA Graduates):
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition.
• Contribute to various employee engagement initiatives and HR administrative tasks.
• Help maintain HR records and assist with HR data management.

Requirements

• For Marketing and HR roles: Must be a Fresh MBA graduate with a strong academic record.
• For Inside Sales roles: Any bachelor's degree holder with a keen interest in sales.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, including willingness to work night shifts for specific roles.
