Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various positions within the BFSI and NBFC domains, from job brief to offer closure.
• Proactively source and identify potential candidates using a variety of channels, including databases, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Present qualified candidates to clients, effectively highlighting their strengths and suitability for the roles.
• Facilitate interview scheduling, gather feedback, and manage the offer negotiation process to ensure successful placements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the BFSI/NBFC sectors.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2+ years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrable experience or a strong preference for recruitment within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) sectors.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for effective candidate and client engagement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
