HR Executive

Akshar BAPS is urgently seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the pharmaceutical sector, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management to attract top talent.
• Oversee all HR operations, including onboarding new hires, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Handle comprehensive HR documentation, including employment contracts, performance reviews, and policy manuals, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate administrative tasks and office management activities, ensuring a well-organized and productive workplace.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives.
• Maintain a positive work environment by fostering strong employee relations and engagement across all departments.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide effective HR solutions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; an MBA in Human Resources is highly preferred.
• Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in a dedicated HR Executive role, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, documentation, and administrative coordination.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
