As an HR Executive (IT) at IT Path Solutions, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition strategy, focusing specifically on the unique demands of the IT sector. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to successful onboarding, and contribute to broader HR operational excellence. We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for talent, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
• Actively source and identify potential candidates using various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit within our IT teams.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback and a seamless experience for candidates.
• Provide comprehensive support for new employee onboarding, ensuring a welcoming and efficient integration into the company.
• Assist with general HR operations and administrative tasks, maintaining accurate employee records and supporting HR initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends and talent market insights to enhance recruitment strategies and competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in HR, with a strong focus on IT recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end talent acquisition processes in a technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
