HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you will be instrumental in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while also fostering a culture of compliance and engagement within the company. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract high-calibre individuals.
• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture and boosting staff morale and retention.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) policy, promoting a safe and respectful work environment.
• Conduct regular social audits to ensure adherence to labor laws, ethical practices, and company standards.
• Develop and execute strategic manpower planning and workforce management strategies to optimize organizational structure and efficiency.
• Oversee various statutory HR practices, ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant labor regulations.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees, addressing queries and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness, consistency, and effectiveness across the organization.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
• Must hold an MBA in Human Resources or an MSW degree from a recognized institution.
• Proven expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee engagement programs.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in handling POSH compliance, social audits, and statutory HR practices.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
