HR HEAD

Midha Capital Lendings (MCL), a prominent player in the Banking / NBFC industry, is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Head to lead our recruitment and payroll functions. Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, focusing on recruitment for unsecured business loans and other key roles within the NBFC sector.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to all labor laws and regulatory requirements concerning recruitment, payroll, and general HR operations.
• Provide strategic HR guidance and support to management on various HR initiatives and challenges.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements in HR processes.

Requirements

• Proven track record of strong experience in both HR recruitment and comprehensive payroll management.
• Mandatory and significant experience in recruiting professionals specifically for unsecured business loans or within the broader NBFC/Banking sector.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Candidates must be currently based in Delhi NCR, as this role requires an in-office presence with no relocation offered.
