HR Manager

As an HR Manager at Panchsheel Group, you will be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement within the dynamic real estate industry. You will be responsible for a wide array of HR functions, from strategic recruitment to employee development and compliance, contributing significantly to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, selection, onboarding, and fostering positive employee relations.
• Administer payroll processes, accurately track attendance, manage leave requests, and ensure the efficient operation of HRMS/HRIS systems.
• Guarantee strict adherence to all applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and industry regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes.
• Formulate, develop, and meticulously implement progressive HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with company goals and values.
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems, drive initiatives for employee engagement, and implement strategies for effective talent retention.
• Manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, maintain meticulous employee documentation, and generate insightful HR reports for management.
• Collaborate effectively with Heads of Departments (HODs) and senior management on strategic workforce planning and various HR-related initiatives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management, with a preference for candidates from the Real Estate industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Indian labour laws and statutory HR compliances.
• Proficiency in using HR Management Systems (HRMS) or HR Information Systems (HRIS) for various HR functions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies that support business objectives.
