HR Operations & Talent Acquisition

TEK Group of Companies is actively expanding its team and is on the lookout for talented HR professionals to join us as an HR Operations & Talent Acquisition specialist. This role requires relevant HR experience and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both internal recruitment and critical HR administrative functions, operating in a night shift from our Noida Sector 63 office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including internal hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Oversee HR operations, encompassing employee onboarding, essential documentation, and general HR administration.
• Handle employee relations, benefits management, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and employees to ensure a smooth HR experience.
• Identify and implement strategies for improving recruitment efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Relevant HR experience is preferred for this role.
• Ability to work effectively in a work-from-office environment in Noida Sector 63.
• Flexibility to work in a night shift from 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering positive employee relations.
