HR Professional

Infosys is actively seeking a dynamic HR Professional in Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about recruitment and eager to contribute to a leading global technology company. As an HR Professional TA, you will play a crucial role in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to successful onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various business units and geographical locations.
• Identify and explore diverse sourcing channels to attract top talent and support employer branding initiatives.
• Facilitate smooth coordination with candidates, external vendors, and internal business stakeholders.
• Actively support campus hiring programs and participate in various recruitment events.
• Oversee candidate engagement activities from the point of offer acceptance through to successful onboarding.
• Maintain comprehensive recruitment Management Information Systems (MIS), analyze hiring trends, and ensure strict adherence to all process compliance standards.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• MBA qualification, with a strong preference for HR specialization, though other specializations will also be considered.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and effective collaboration.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for a career in recruitment and a willingness to travel as required.
