Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the real estate sector.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online databases, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in HR or recruitment, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Must be a local candidate residing in Surat.
