HR Recruiter

As an integral part of our HR team, the HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing candidates who align with our company culture and technical requirements. You will manage the entire recruitment pipeline, from initial outreach to offer stages, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all applicants. This role is crucial for scaling our team effectively and efficiently across both IT and non-IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive end-to-end recruitment processes, encompassing all stages from job requisition to offer management for diverse roles.
• Proactively source and identify potential candidates using various platforms, including professional networking sites like LinkedIn, job boards such as Naukri, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, presenting a shortlist of highly suitable candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage all candidate coordination activities, including scheduling interviews, providing timely feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop a deep understanding of various job descriptions and role requirements (both IT and non-IT) to accurately identify and engage with relevant professional profiles.
• Maintain meticulous recruitment trackers, applicant databases, and candidate status reports, ensuring data accuracy and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and formulate effective recruitment strategies to meet talent acquisition goals.
• Continuously refine and optimize recruitment strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a dedicated recruitment role, demonstrating a strong track record of successful placements.
• Exceptional sourcing capabilities combined with strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
• Prior experience in both IT and non-IT hiring environments is highly advantageous, showcasing versatility in talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a full recruitment pipeline efficiently within a remote, work-from-home setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to follow-ups and candidate relationship management.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools to streamline workflows.
