As an HR Recruiter at Svatantra Aditya Birla, you will be instrumental in driving our recruitment efforts, ensuring we find the best candidates to strengthen our organization. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to successful onboarding, working closely with various departments to understand their staffing needs and deliver exceptional results. Your ability to connect with people, understand their potential, and guide them through our hiring process will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition creation to candidate joining, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Proactively source and identify potential candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
• Conduct thorough resume screening and initial candidate shortlisting to assess qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
• Facilitate the candidate onboarding process, including documentation, background checks, and initial joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, candidate databases, and generate insightful reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Assist in building and nurturing a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements

• A Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or any relevant discipline.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is preferred.
• Freshers with a strong passion for HR and a proactive learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
