HR Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition creation to offer acceptance, specifically for technical, engineering, and project management roles within Virtuoso Projects & Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
• Strategically source and identify top-tier candidates through diverse channels, including leading job portals, professional networking sites like LinkedIn, and other innovative recruitment methodologies.
• Conduct thorough initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, presenting qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
• Efficiently coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data integrity and streamlined processes.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and ensuring a high level of engagement throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuously seek ways to enhance the candidate experience and optimize recruitment efficiency for all open roles.

Requirements

• A minimum of 0 to 3 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technical, engineering, or project management sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms, including proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other major job portals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate records and candidate information.
• A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
