Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Deliver Strategic Reports: Create comprehensive, structured reports and engaging presentations specifically designed for senior stakeholders, ensuring all information is accurate, relevant, and actionable.
• Conduct In-depth Data Analysis: Meticulously analyze a wide array of data sources, including customer feedback, survey results, market trends, and operational performance metrics, to identify key trends and patterns.
• Formulate Actionable Insights: Translate complex datasets into clear, concise, and actionable insights, crafting compelling narratives that follow a logical flow from context to insight to strategic implication.
• Ensure Data Integrity and Consistency: Uphold the highest standards of data accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all analytical deliverables and reports, fostering trust in the insights provided.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Proactively coordinate with various internal teams – including product, marketing, and operations – to gather, validate, and integrate data, ensuring a holistic analytical approach.
• Support Leadership Decision-Making: Provide essential analytical support and concise summaries for leadership reviews, highlighting critical key takeaways and recommendations that guide strategic initiatives.
• Optimize Reporting Methodologies: Continuously evaluate and refine existing reporting tools and methodologies to improve efficiency, enhance data visualization, and maximize the impact of insights.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify and communicate data-driven opportunities for operational improvements, product enhancements, and strategic business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated Insights, Analytics, Market Research, Customer Experience (CX), or Reporting role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated strong analytical prowess and exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a proven track record of converting raw data into strategic business solutions.
• Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex analytical findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Data Storytelling: Proven ability to go beyond basic data interpretation, constructing compelling narratives that explain "what the numbers mean" and their impact.
• Attention to Detail & Ownership: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all analyses, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Stakeholder Reporting Experience: Direct experience in conceptualizing, developing, and delivering impactful reports and presentations specifically for managers and senior leadership.
• Industry Exposure: Valuable exposure to consumer-facing industries (especially D2C) or fast-growing organizations will be a significant advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. Familiarity with SQL for data extraction is a plus.
