Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-performing engineering teams responsible for the full lifecycle development of B2B e-commerce platforms and specialized mobile pricing applications.
• Oversee the architectural design and implementation of scalable digital engineering solutions capable of handling complex matrix pricing models and high transaction volumes.
• Establish and enforce robust identity governance frameworks, including Customer Identity Management (CIAM), to secure customer data, manage account hierarchies, and implement stringent role-based access controls.
• Drive strategic technical direction and innovation for digital products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market demands.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and operations teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
• Champion agile methodologies and best practices in software development, project management, and quality assurance to optimize delivery cycles and enhance product reliability.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure our digital solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and data security regulations across all digital properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in software development and digital product delivery, with significant leadership experience at a Director or similar senior management level.
• Deep expertise in B2B e-commerce platforms, mobile application development, and customer identity management (CIAM) solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital engineering initiatives, from conceptualization through successful deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, data governance, and compliance requirements in digital ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, drive innovation, and foster a collaborative team environment.
