IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to all employees.
• Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and biometric access control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, and other peripheral devices.
• Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to prevent potential problems and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT assets and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and implement effective solutions.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / BCA / MCA) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven professional experience in an IT support or IT Engineer role.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IT Support principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and network security protocols.
• Demonstrated experience with CCTV surveillance systems and Biometric access control systems.
• Solid understanding of computer Hardware components, assembly, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical users.
