Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and identify potential candidates for various IT positions using diverse platforms and recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial screening calls and discussions with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and career aspirations.
• Schedule and meticulously coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle, providing updates and feedback.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive database of candidate information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for future recruitment needs.
• Coordinate effectively with both candidates and client companies to facilitate seamless hiring processes and positive experiences.
• Provide support for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting to offer management and onboarding assistance.
• Assist in building a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs and contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

• Only Freshers with no prior experience are eligible and encouraged to apply for this IT Recruiter role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and clients effectively.
