Key Responsibilities

• Effectively source, screen, and mobilize high-quality manpower resources to meet CSM Technologies’ diverse project requirements.
• Ensure an exceptionally quick turnaround time for all resource deployment requests, demonstrating agility and responsiveness.
• Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive and reliable database of available, skilled, and vetted manpower across various domains.
• Possess the proven capability to support urgent, ad-hoc, and large-scale (bulk) staffing requirements with efficiency and precision.
• Provide ongoing support and excellent communication to ensure seamless integration and management of deployed resources.
• Adhere to all relevant labor laws, industry standards, and best practices in manpower supply and staffing.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of operating as a successful and reputable manpower agency or staffing partner within the Delhi NCR region.
• Extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and resource mobilization for a variety of industry sectors, preferably technology.
• A robust infrastructure and methodology for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates efficiently.
• Proven ability to meet challenging deadlines and manage multiple urgent resource requests concurrently.
• A strong network and comprehensive database of qualified professionals ready for deployment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
