As a Java & Python Full Stack Trainer, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive and practical training programs. We are looking for an individual who can inspire, educate, and empower students through engaging sessions on core programming concepts, advanced frameworks, and critical problem-solving techniques. Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, in-depth training on Java Full Stack development, covering front-end and back-end technologies.
• Conduct comprehensive sessions on Python Full Stack development, including popular frameworks and database integration.
• Teach fundamental and advanced concepts of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) with practical implementation in Java and Python.
• Develop and update engaging course materials, practical lab exercises, and challenging projects to enhance student learning.
• Provide hands-on guidance, one-on-one mentorship, and constructive feedback to students throughout their learning journey.
• Assess student performance through regular evaluations, quizzes, and project reviews to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster an interactive, supportive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in Java, Python, and Full Stack Development to ensure course relevance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or a Technical Trainer specializing in Java and Python.
• Exceptional proficiency in Java and Python programming languages, along with their associated libraries and ecosystems.
• Solid expertise in relevant Full Stack frameworks such as Spring Boot for Java and Django or Flask for Python.
• Strong foundational knowledge and practical application skills in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding aspiring developers towards achieving their career goals.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively, engage diverse groups of students, and adapt teaching methods to various learning styles.
• A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
