Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain secure web applications using the latest open-source frameworks, including J2EE and the Spring Framework.
• Engage in comprehensive database development, leveraging frameworks such as Hibernate to ensure efficient data management and persistence.
• Conduct thorough unit testing using JUnit and other appropriate testing frameworks to guarantee code quality and application reliability.
• Design and implement highly efficient, scalable, and maintainable code solutions that align with architectural best practices and business requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers, throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies within the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance issues, ensuring a stable and responsive system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Java Backend Developer with strong proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise with core Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate for robust application development.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Proficiency in working with various databases and writing complex SQL queries.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and their services is highly desirable.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model based in Pune.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable code.
• Ability to join with a notice period of up to 30 days.
