Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Architect and build scalable Microservices using Spring Boot framework to support evolving business needs.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services that integrate seamlessly with various front-end applications and external systems.
• Collaborate closely with architects, quality assurance engineers, DevOps specialists, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and actively contribute to system design discussions and architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to optimize application performance.
• Develop comprehensive unit and integration test cases to ensure the reliability and stability of developed features.
• Participate actively in Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 10 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• Proficiency with Java 8+ and strong expertise in the Spring Boot framework.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing Microservices architectures and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Hibernate/JPA for database interaction.
• Demonstrable experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies including Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and build tools like Maven, along with CI/CD practices using Jenkins.
