As a Java Lead, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying complex software solutions, leveraging your deep expertise in Core Java and related technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of high-performance, scalable enterprise applications using Java and J2EE technologies.
• Drive architectural discussions and guide the modernization of monolithic applications towards cloud-based (Azure/AWS) and SaaS platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Java developers, fostering a culture of best practices in coding, testing, and system design.
• Collaborate closely with global clients to understand requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including performing code reviews, ensuring quality assurance, and optimizing application performance.
• Champion the adoption of robust testing methodologies, including JUnit and TestNG, to ensure the reliability and stability of developed systems.
• Contribute to system design and low-level design documentation, utilizing UML to articulate architectural concepts effectively.

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in Java development, with a strong focus on enterprise-level applications.
• Exceptional hands-on expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Servlets, Multithreading, Concurrency, Collections, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), and Data Structures.
• Proven experience with Monolithic Architecture and a solid understanding of application modernization strategies towards Cloud/SaaS models.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such such as JUnit and TestNG, along with experience in UML, Low-Level Design, and System Design principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, and a demonstrated ability to implement performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills and a strong track record of technical leadership in project execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), or an equivalent qualification is required.
