Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and high-performance Python-based applications and microservices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, fellow developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and ensure overall code quality and consistency across projects.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the development team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to enhance functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Python development and related ecosystems.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, estimation, and retrospective discussions to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience in Python development.
• Proven expertise in designing and building complex web applications or backend services using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of database technologies, including both relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis.
• Solid experience with REST API design and development, as well as familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with collaborative development workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead development efforts and preferably experience with team handling, project leadership, or mentorship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
