Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Java and Python, with a strong focus on Spring Boot for Java applications.
• Implement and manage microservices architectures, ensuring robust and scalable REST APIs and event-driven systems.
• Utilize and optimize various AWS cloud services, including S3, Glue, ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, and Redshift, to build and deploy resilient solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices in software development and testing.
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the development team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, ensuring optimal performance and stability for all applications.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in software development with both Java and Python programming languages.
• Proven expertise with the Spring Boot framework for building Java-based applications.
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Extensive experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS), specifically with S3, Glue, ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, and Redshift.
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka and knowledge of graph technologies such as Supergraph are highly advantageous.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git and platforms such as GitHub, including experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Experience with development tools like IntelliJ IDEA and monitoring/observability tools such as Honeycomb and Splunk.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to build scalable and high-performance applications.
