Aipxperts is actively seeking a highly motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in manual testing and a foundational understanding of automation. The Junior QA Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products, contributing directly to a positive user experience and the overall success of our projects.
As a Junior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for meticulously testing various applications, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to resolve issues. A strong focus on quality assurance principles and an aptitude for learning new technologies, especially AI-driven tools, will be key to excelling in this role. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual test cases to identify, reproduce, and report defects.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and ensure testability.
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results accurately and thoroughly.
- Participate in design and sprint reviews to provide input on testability and quality considerations.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Gain proficiency in and apply AI tools for enhanced testing efficiency and coverage.
Requirements
- 1.5 - 2 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Manual Testing.
- Proven experience with manual testing techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with various testing tools and defect tracking systems.
- Basic understanding of automation testing concepts and principles.
- Experience or strong interest in utilizing AI tools in a QA context.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
