Junior SRE

Aziro (formerly MSys Technologies) is seeking a motivated and talented Junior SRE to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with 2-3 years of experience to contribute to the reliability and performance of our 24x7 SaaS operations. As a Junior SRE, you will play a crucial role in incident management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployments, ensuring the continuous availability and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in 24x7 SaaS operation support, including incident detection, response, and resolution.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Support deployment processes and ensure smooth releases.
• Contribute to reliability initiatives and improve system performance.
• Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system stability.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Familiarity with logging and observability platforms like Datadog or Splunk.
• Experience in incident management and cloud operations.
• Understanding of SRE principles including SLA, SLO, and SLI.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to system reliability.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
