Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle for enterprise applications, from architectural design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services and APIs using Java, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Build and maintain responsive, intuitive, and modern user interfaces utilizing Angular framework.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, guiding best practices in coding, testing, and system design.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Integrate advanced AI capabilities into applications, leveraging experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Actively participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive technological innovation and improve development processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Java development, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-level applications.
• At least 5 years of dedicated experience as a Full Stack Developer, comfortable working across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Lead Full Stack Developer role, demonstrating proven leadership and team management skills.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java, including Spring Boot, and deep understanding of Angular for front-end development.
• Extensive experience with Web Services and designing/implementing robust REST APIs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud platforms or similar contact center solutions is considered a significant advantage.
